Prime Time Certified (PTC)
IF YOU’RE ALWAYS ON TIME and take schedules and delivery times seriously, you could be Prime Time Certified (PTC)! The PTC award program recognizes driver associates who achieve continuous outstanding on-time performance throughout the year (quarterly, semi-annually, and annually). Awards include patches, belt buckles, shirts and sweaters. At the two-year level, associates receive a gold ring with one diamond. With every additional year of continuous on-time service, a diamond is added to the ring.
Contractor of the Month
IF YOU PERFORM PROFESSIONALLY IN ALL AREAS, you could be chosen as one of Prime’s prestigious "Contractors of the Month" (COM). Contractors of the Month are hand chosen by each department based on criteria such as mileage, on-time deliveries, violation-free or accident-free driving, and customer service. Drivers are nominated by their fleet managers, and one COM is chosen by every department. COM honorees receive:
- Personalized engraved plate on the "Contractors of the Month" plaque in the Millennium Building.
- An Contractor of the Month embroidered shirt (up to $25 value) from the Prime store.
- $100 cash
- Automatically entry into the "Contractor of the Year" contest!
Contractor of the Year
IF YOU’RE THE VERY BEST OF THE BEST, you could be chosen as Prime’s Contractor of the Year (COY)! Prime driver associates and in-house associates alike have great respect for the Contractor of the Year award. This once-a-year honor is bestowed on the best drivers in each division with the COY receiving a permanent display on our Hall of Fame. Drivers are chosen from among the Contractor of the Month recipients for the previous year. Honorees receive:
- A special plaque honoring the driver's achievements, on permanent display in our Hall of Fame, located in the Millennium Building at our Springfield terminal.
- A Prime Contractor of the Year jacket
- $1,000 Cash
Millionaires Program
WHO WANTS TO BE A “MILLIONAIRE”? Prime’s Millionaires Program recognizes driver associates who have driven at least one million miles without a preventable accident. Qualifying driver associates receive a prize package and a personalized plaque displayed prominently in Prime's Hall of Fame located in the Springfield terminal. The "Gold Level", Prime's highest level of safety achievement, is awarded to those who have driven a million miles at Prime. The "Silver Level" is awarded to driver associates who have accumulated a million miles or more throughout their driving career at various carriers, including Prime.
